The word “entertainment” can mean almost anything: the personal choices of an individual, like the many pre-recorded products available for him to enjoy alone; a dinner adapted for two; a party based on any size or type of gathering; performances that may be geared for a thousand people or even for global audiences; and so on. Yet, entertainment is also an incredibly powerful force that can bring joy and stimulate learning as well as have negative effects on society if not regulated correctly.
